HCG Weight Loss Cure Does Not Work

When you start this phase it will be the first day of the rest of your life. It will be a whole new life. Your life now will be different than before. Your hunger will be normalized and will no longer be intense and constant. You will eat normal, small amounts of food and be perfectly satisfied and full. You will no longer have uncontrollable urges and desires to eat. You will no longer have food cravings, causing you to eat when you are not hungry. Your metabolism will be high so you easily burn for fuel the food you consume. You will not gain any more weight. Your body will no longer abnormally store fat in the secure problem area fat deposits around your body. Your energy levels will be high. You will sleep deeply and soundly. You will find yourself more energetic, doing things and exercising more than you ever imagined. You will be more social and your relationships with other people will be better.

If that sounds too good to be true, it is. Not true, that is.

You won’t do it. And hardly anyone will.

It is overwhelming. This relates to a concept in medical circles that is called compliance. The best medicines, best diets, best anything have no chance of success when people do not use them as directed. This so-called Phase 4 (invented by Kevin Trudeau, not Dr. Simeons) is just too complex for anyone to stick with it.

You will never know how to trim this advice down to a do-able amount. You and everyone else will give up in frustration before getting very far into it.

All you have to do is just eat whole, fresh foods that do not include grains (especially wheat and rice). Organic food, cleansing, and supplements are all over-hyped. HCG Diet Information About Calories

Good HCG diet information is hard to come by. Most folks who are thinking about doing the protocol worry about starving on such a very low calorie diet (500 calories per day). Yes, this would be a starvation diet without the hormone. Here is why HCG makes all the difference in keeping you from starving.

HCG Diets

The specific foods in limited amounts during this protocol are designed to support the fat burning metabolism that is directed by the HCG hormone. That is a mouthful, and if you have a fear of starving on this diet those words will not help. Here is what you must consider. Let us just say that you normally have a metabolic rate that requires 1500 to 2000 or more calories per day. It would be pretty simple math to say your metabolic rate would burn through 500 calories pretty fast. So the effective question to ask is where do the remainder of your calories come from while on the protocol.

They come from your own fat. Yes, you can count on at least 2000 calories from your own fat. Specifically, this is abnormal fat. You will see the result wherever you have it … usually belly, thighs, buttocks, or upper arms. For women, this also means breasts, depending on how much abnormal fat has accumulated in them.

Now, to get really visual on how this works, note how I explain this to my clients. It goes like this. Imagine that you have a magic knife that you can use to cut off a slice of your own belly fat (without pain or other trauma … remember, this is your imagination at work here).

Slice off a good sized chunk, say about 2000 calories worth. Lay it out on your cutting board, sprinkle it with some salt, pepper, and garlic (okay, these are my favorite spices … use your own if you wish). Now put it on the grill, being careful not to let flames engulf it. It is fat, after all, and will burn really fast if you are not careful.

Whenever you feel that your new fat steak is done to your satisfaction, sit down to a nice dinner of 2000 calories and eat it. There you have it. You have eaten your own abnormal fat.

The great thing about the HCG hormone is that it directs your metabolism, through a signaling pathway in the hypothalamus of your brain, to effectively give you a fat steak from your own fat every day. So that is why the HCG diet is not a starvation diet. Is that a little clearer now?

HCG Diet Rounds and Phases

HCG diet phases can get a little mixed up unless you know what they mean. They are numbered, Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III, for each major component of the Simeons diet protocol. Phase III is especially crucial to follow closely, because it sets your metabolism after you stop taking the hormone. This is when people can gain back too much weight and ruin all their prior effort.

Are the HCG Diet Programs for You?

You may have heard about the HCG diet from friends or family members, or read about it online at a weight loss site, but you are not sure if the HCG diet programs are for you. HCG, which stands for Human Chorio Gonadotropin, is an all natural hormone that is found in the human body. When taken in small doses on the HCG diet programs, it actually triggers the hypothalamus gland to take stored fat cells and use them as energy that the body needs to survive. This means that you can be sleeping and burning fat while you dream away. On the HCG diet, the body uses anywhere from 2,000-3,000 calories from stored fat. The HCG diet has been around for over 30 years, but yet there are plenty of people who don’t know what the exact HCG diet plans are and how they can help a person lose weight and cure the obesity epidemic. The HCG diet plans are laid out in Dr. Simeon’s HCG diet protocol. They were developed by the doctor after extensive research done on HCG and the hormone’s effect on weight loss. Here are some key aspects of the HCG diet plans.

Regular doses of the hormone HCG must be taken during the second phase of the diet. The HCG will trigger the body into taking stored fat cells and using those fat cells as energy for the body. The body only uses those stored fate cells and will not take away muscle cells from the body. This is why it is possible for people to lose one to two pounds a day on the HCG diet when they properly follow the HCG diet plans.

Only organic food should be eaten on the HCG diet. This works in conjunction with the HCG doses to set the body’s metabolism back to normal. Normal food, especially processed and food from fast food restaurants, is loaded with toxins and chemicals that knock a person’s body out of balance. Once you are on to phase three of the diet, or the maintenance phase, you will be able to eat as many calories as you want, as long as the food abides by the HCG diet plans guidelines.

The HCG diet plans have been shown to aid curing obesity in people. It is not simply a diet, as it works to restore the balance in the body and keep the weight off for good while making the person much healthier than ever before.
