The best medicines, best diets, best anything have no chance of success when people do not use them as directed. This so-called Phase 4 (invented by Kevin Trudeau, not Dr. Simeons) is just too complex for anyone to stick with it.
You will never know how to trim this advice down to a do-able amount. You and everyone else will give up in frustration before getting very far into it.

You don’t have to follow 50 steps to lifetime health.
All you have to do is just eat whole, fresh foods that do not include grains (especially wheat and rice). Organic food, cleansing, and supplements are all over-hyped.
