HCG diet recipes often fall flat for flavor, which undermines how well people stick to the protocol. Complicated and expensive gourmet cookbooks are available. However, the best approach is to keep it simple and enjoyable with fast, easy, and tasty recipes.
Strict adherence to a very low calorie diet can be depressing. However, such adherence is the cornerstone of success when taking HCG for fat loss. This often leads to a struggle with limited, boring, and repetitive food choices.
That is exactly why I came up with recipes of my own. These recipes helped me tremendously when I did the protocol and dropped 25 pounds and 8 percent body fat. For me it was 30 days of enjoyable eating instead of the diet drudgery that I had heard about.
