Every hCG diet book seems to provide great information, but something is always missing to help you with what you really need to know. Do you know what to expect from the protocol if you have high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, or thyroid problems? Do you know that the hCG protocol doesn’t always work and what to do about it? Do you know that women respond differently to it than men do? Answers to these questions, and many more, are provided in my new book.
Have you heard that the hCG diet is dangerous? It isn’t.
Or that it causes cancer? It doesn’t, although it is important for diagnosing certain cancers.
Or that it is the only diet guaranteed to keep fat off? Not even close to the truth.
Or that you will starve and lose muscle mass during the protocol? You won’t.
Or that homeopathic hCG works the same as hCG used by Dr. Simeons? Nope.
How about side effects? There are plenty.
hCG Diet Book Surprises
The hCG protocol is, indeed, the best approach to getting your metabolism on track for reducing abnormal fat in a hurry. In my research, however, I discovered that critical information is missing in most books on the subject. Some of this information was a surprise to me. Most of it is overlooked for the sake of marketing hype, which is unfortunate. Superficial, often misleading, marketing hype just gives the whole protocol a bad name. It is no wonder that so many mainstream medical doctors are dead set against hCG for weight loss.
The Table of Contents
Let’s get right to the point here. Rather than describe all the merits of this new hCG diet book in a brief post, which is not possible, I’ve decided to provide the entire table of contents so you can see for yourself what is in it. It is on a separate page here:
Pay Attention to Long-Term Weight Management
Note that there is an entire section, which is pretty extensive, on what is most important for keeping your post-hCG target weight where you want it to be. No matter how good the hCG protocol is, you have to know how to keep the abnormal fat off afterwards. The hCG diet can be just another yo-yo experience unless you take the right steps for staying slim and healthy for the rest of your life.
For the new hCG diet book,
