This is pretty entertaining stuff for all of us experienced HCGers. Here is the lead paragraph on the dangerous HCG weight loss diet that Jenni Farley did:

Jersey Shore Star’s Dangerous Diet – Jenni Farley
Jenni “JWOWW” Farley is one of the tan and toned star’s of MTV’s hit reality show “Jersey Shore.” As fans of the so-bad-it’s-good show can attest, JWOWW (second from the left in the blue dress) isn’t shy about showing off her body. On her Web site, Farley proclaims “HCG Drops are my key to keeping the weight off.” And if that really is her stay-slim secret, it seems to be working, considering the amount of airtime she spends in her string bikini. Read more.
Jenny Farley weight loss seems to be real, based on the HCG diet.
The Experts?
I’d bet money that you can find at least three major flaws in this article, including one gigantic contradiction. The ‘weight loss experts’ who are supposed to bring credibility to this article are, of course, wrong regarding the HCG Weight Loss Diet.
Remarkable, isn’t it? At least I hope you enjoyed the irony of it like I did.

Hello Dr.D.,
I’ve completed my first round of HCG with success, but I have experienced one problem… HAIR LOSS!! Now, fortunately I’m not bald, but that’s only because I began with a lot of hair! Nevertheless, I did read in Dr. Simone’s work that this can happen, but he doesn’t say why? Do you know? Other than possibly a low thyroid, which by the way is how I stopped my hair loss; as I began using Armour AFTER completing HCG. It took me about a month being on Armour to stop the hair loss. My next question for you, is should a woman who is on bio-identical hormones (estrogen and progesterone), along with Armour stay on these meds, while using the HCG? I can’t find any information about this anywhere? Can you assist me??
Blessings and Thank you in advance,
Tammy Fish, HN

Hi, Tammy…Thanks for asking. I will reply here so others can see what I emailed to you last night. Hair loss is rare, and you are right that no one talks about this or any other of the side effects very often. Regarding the hormones, since HCG signals through the hypothalamus (probably at leptin receptors), it does not interfere with steroid hormones (estrogen, progesterone). I don’t yet know why the testosterone boost that Simeons discovered works the way it does. It is clear that this is the main effect of HCG on steroid hormones. It is so impactful that bodybuilders use it to recover from an anabolic steroid series (which lowers testosterone…bad news!). I mentioned also that Armour is the best prescription treatment for hypothyroid. You may also want to check into iodine deficiency, since this is often the ultimate cause for low hormone. Thyroid hormones require iodine.
